We are thrilled to share that an AWS Technology Evangelist, dedicated to advancing a cloud-native quantum future, has published an insightful blog post highlighting our implementation of the ETSI QKD Protocol, specifically ETSI GS QKD 014. In this post, the author demonstrated how to utilize QKD API calls for the derivation and distribution of quantum keys, showcasing the practical applications of our technology.

The QKD API calls were made to our pQKD “Digital Twin,” which refers to the virtual representation of our pQKD device running in a container via AWS ECR services. This innovative approach allows for real-time simulation and testing of quantum key distribution, significantly enhancing the accessibility and usability of quantum cryptography in cloud environments.
