Indian Army Initiates Purchase of QKD Systems Developed by Quantum Blockchains’ Partner QNu Labs

Coinciding with India’s celebration of its 75th year of independence, the Indian Ministry of Defense has announced that the Indian army is slated to initiate deployment of Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) utilizing the technology of Quantum Blockchains’ official partner QNu Labs based in Bangalore.

This milestone represents the first largescale deployment of QKD by a major government branch worldwide and only confirms that development and adoption of Quantum computing technology is beginning to be taken seriously by all entities and sectors, private and public and for all different use cases including military application.
